Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

Are utility easements electricity/water for landlocked property allowed for Calif if we have prescriptive necessity and implication for the access road to the landlocked property? Please include the legal reference!

You mention three types of easement creation-- prescription, necessity and implication. Each of these may have different consequences for adding utilities into the scope of the easement. Also, before going to court to get a utility easement, you should consider negotiating to simply purchase the easement rights you need.
