Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

Vehicles on neighbors property

My boyfriend owned his home on 10 acres of rural land for the last 15 years. (It is a junkyard) He sold 5 acres of it. The new owners now claim that any property left on their side of the property line is now theirs. This propert consists of vehicles that are being stored for other people. There has never been any discussions between us or our neighbors concerning removal of the property. If we try to remove anything they say we are stealing. What is our recourse?

Normally, taxes also have to be paid on the property in order that an owner gains title by adverse possession. Please contact our office for consultation and review of any letters or documentation you might have. We handle cases throughout California. 714 363 0220
