A vendor's lien attaches only to real property, for the unpaid and otherwise unsecured portion of the selling price. California does not recognize that a seller of personal property has any lien thereon after delivery of the property to the buyer. See Lencioni v. Dan (1954), 128 Cal.App.2d 105 at page 111.
