Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

violated

my home was listed with a management company for rent without my consent. after various calls it was finally removed from the internet . however my adresse was exposed in this wedsite and i feel my and my familys privacy has been violated i still have strangers wondering around my property even stealing from it . what kind of legal action can i take ?

I did not have any arraigment with this or any other company to put my house for rent. i dont now how this could have happend

I'm not sure you have a claim. Addresses, by themselves, are NOT private. Drive down the street and you can write down as many addresses as you like.

I suppose you could say that communicating that your house was not owner-occupied made it a target for crime but I think it is really a longshot.
