Are you on some government program whereby the state, county or federal government is subsidizing or paying in full or in part for your home? If so, then it sounds possible. If you are a homeowner who is paying for their own home, that is not likely. If you are a renter, you absolutely are at risk of being evicted if your kids are engaging in unlawful conduct or conduct which poses a nuisance to the neighborhood. I would have major problems with parents who don't control, discipine or take responsibility for their chldren's conduct--why did they have kids if they can't control them?

You have to tell us more. Are you a member of a planned unit community such as a condo complex, what are the rules (CC&Rs) as to whether you can be voted out, etc. An attorney can discuss contract problems only if they see the part of the contract that is relevant to the question asked.
