my wife ex-husband was ordered by a court order by a judge to: Upon the entry of this Judgment of Dissolution, Husband shall transfer said property into a trust for the equal benefit of his former wife and his two older childrens Feb 26 2007. However, my wife wasn't aware of this until 2015 and he's been filing taxes on it since and my wife daughter still lives there and he ordered them to move so he can sale the house. is their a crime of forgery's been committed

Your wife needs to take all the relevant paperwork to a real estate or family law attorney without delay. While there does not appear to be forgery, she may be able to prevent the sale of the property, or have other rights to the property or the proceeds of a sale of the property
