Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

I won an iPod Touch via a YouTube contest around November. Right now, as a punishment, my father wants to sell it at a man at his work. My father did not pay for anything on that iPod and I was wondering if he was allowed to do that

Also: I bought a different iPod touch from him in the 2009 - 2010 Christmas. Then he gave possession of it to my little brother about 5 months later. All this happened without my consent. But the major problem is I'm only 17 1/2. So is he allowed to do these things?

That you are a minor does not give your father the right to take away personal property from you. You own what you own.

As to the 2009 IPod I do not understand if you bought it o rwhat. If you gave it to him as a gift, he can do whatever he wants with it.
