Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
Last Year I let my dear friend move onto my property , and then his terrible and sudden death, my question is how do I go about selling his Semi-truck. its been non-opp'd for years. I have had several people wanting it, but I want to do it legally. thanks, stuck w/ truck

The truck belongs to his next of kin, not you. They are the only ones with the right to sell it.
