yesterday I discovered that someone has posted a very personal video of me on youtube without my consent. How do I handle this ?

I would first suggest that you contact YouTube and explain that it violates your privacy and ask that it be taken down. If that doesn't work, have an attorney send a letter to the poster with a copy to Google (YouTube) giving him/her and it a short window in which to act or face a lawsuit and seek punitive damages for maliciously posting and/or publishing the video. That might work.

YouTube is pretty sensitive to this kind of thing. I expect that if you follow Mr. Cohen's advice you will get results.
