200,000 judgment
I am owed 270,000 in three seperate promissory notes, can i have the individuals served, and place a judgement against them for breach of contract? without a lawyer, I have done this for lesser amounts in the past, I just wonder if the large amount requires something different.

You can do so without an attorney, just as with smaller amounts; just as with smaller amounts, it can get complicated, for example if the person fights it at any point.
