Brokerage account agreement info
Need help with the following statement found on an account agreement form for a broker.
''However, ------ Securities may process orders to purchase options even if an Account does not contain sufficient Available Funds. ''
how much are they legally allowed to purchase in my name?
what vechical can this be done by? Margin? Loans?

If your account agreement calls for mandatory arbitration of disputes, as many do, you might want to demand that this process begin at once, rather than face their demands.
