Is it legal for me to carry my c02 powered bb gun in public more specifically my neighborhood San Diego California

Your question is in the wrong category. "Securities Law" has to do with stocks and bonds and other investments, not personal security, if that's what you were thinking. However, carrying realistic-looking toy guns in public is dangerous to the bearer. A kid carrying a "toy" replica of an automatic weapon was shot and killed by police in Santa Rosa last week.
