Legal Question in Securities Law in California

there is a man in our condo complex that has four surveillance cameras. All but one of them is pointed directly at public walk ways and gates, and worst of all one is angled towards the entrance to our home because there is a gate close by. Me and my partner feel this is an invasion of privacy and do not appreciate being recorded where ever we go. My question now is, what can we do, and is there any legal footing we can use to get them removed? Thank you!

The LawGuru category "Securities Law" is for questions about stocks, bonds, investments, etc., in other words, financial instruments and related matters. As far as I know California has no laws restricting the placement, etc. of security cameras. People who use cameras (of any kind) or the pictures that their cameras take, for an improper purpose may get into legal trouble of one kind or another (such as being sued for the tort of invasion of privacy).
