Could you mention me a law which tells whether government bodyguards can carry weapons?

I recommend that you re-ask your question under another, more appropriate topic heading. "Securities Law" does not deal with "security" in the sense of bodyguards, etc. Instead, it deals with securities in the financial sense -- stocks, bonds and other investments. Therefore, the lawyers to whom LawGuru is directing your question generally speaking do not have specialized knowledge of gun laws or laws regulating bodyguards.
