Self Representation in Criminal Case
How can I get a claifification of the scope of a restaining order regarding assets (of a business)?

If you are self-represented in a criminal case, I suggest asking the public defender's office to assist you or to assume the representation, if you qualify.
I realize that some restraining orders are not particularly self-explanatory, and asking the party that requested or prepared it is not likely to lead to an impartial analysis.
At this point, representing yourself may not be your wisest choice.
