Auto Repair Owner wants to trade sex favors for cheap repairs...illegal?

I took my car to a local auto shop to get a major repair. The owner says it will be awhile and that he will drive me home. Then he says''you want to ride to the ocean with me?

'' (which was only 3 miles away) and I said OK. During the drive he asks if I will touch him.Also, other questions like ''Do you like sex?'' and ''Can i touch you?''. When i say no to his advances, he says he can ''cut me a deal'' on my repairs if I say yes. Isn't this illegal? And do I need a lawyer, or should I call the police?

Go with a friend (of the opposite sex) and retrieve your car after notifying him that you don't want him to do any work on your car. He is violating the Unruh Civil Rights Act (Civil Code section 51) by harassing you because of your gender. If he's the owner, his repair shop license could be jeopardized if reported to the regulating authorities.
