Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

hi, i broke up with my fiance, and after broke up we have been in sexual relationship. i was not aware that my fiance kept collecting pictures and videos of our sex. so now he has all those collections and keep it to show my future's bf. he says i should not get a bf; otherwise he will show all those collections. so is there anything i can do???

Yes, you can file a lawsuit to get an injunction against him. If the videos were made without your knowledge, you may be able to pursue criminal charges against him. Also, you may be able to get him for blackmail.
