Civil law- a motion to appeal for jury misconduct

What are the standard procedures

that will take place at a ''motion to

appeal the verdict'' won in a civil

sexual harrasssment case? Will it be

the same judge that heard the trial?

Are the plantiff or defendant allowed

to address the judge or just the

attorneys?

I don't understand. Are you talking about filing motion to vacate verdict & enter a different verdict or an appeal of the verdict?
