Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

clergy abuse

I was coersed into letting my Buddhist ''Lama'' (teacher) sexually molest me. He said he was ''healing me'' from past abuse and said he was using ''tricks'' he learned in Lama School. After I began to questio him he became almost abusive mentally. I found out he isnt really a ''lama'' and tricked the lineage head into giving him a title. I fear he may continue this mode of conduct because there are apperently other incidents. I have suffered mentally from this and my faith has been shaken. I don't know what I can do to make him liabil for his conduct. Any advice?

File a sexual battery complaint with the district attorney and sue in civil Superior Court.
