Try looking for attorneys on the website for the California Employment Lawyers Association at www.cela.org and search for a CELA member in your area. Speak to a few lawyers and retain the person you feel most comfortable with. Good luck.
It is unlawful to sexually harass an employee in the workplace and once the employee complains about the conduct, the employer has a duty to 1. investigate the claim and 2. make it stop. Since it continued, you may have a very good case. Call an employment law attorney to discuss. Many of us offer a free initial phone consultation and may be able to help you at no cost to you.
