Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

False accusation

falsely accussed of sexual harrassement by a tenant of a home I own. I went to repair

the home and the tenant who is very gragarous said "what do you think of my new breasts". She had gotten implants recently. She kept asking and asking while squeezing them and lifting her shirt, what do you think !? She said you want to touch them? SO mistakenly I slightly touched one . I did NOT grab or correst her breast and i DID NOT approach her unwillingly. It was not a unwelcome gesture on her part. She says again what do you think. I said they are nice. She leaves, I continue working and then leave the home myself. Then 10 days ago I get a call saying I have been accussed of sexual assault. What do i do !? This took place in California

You should immedaietly put your liability insurance on notice of this. This type of unwarranted claim happens far to frequently.
