Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

I would like to file a claim against the doctor I work for, for unprofessional conduct and sexual harassment. I have been working for him for 5 months and he yells at me, points his fingers in my face as he belittles me, is very mean to me and blames me for everything. On top of telling me every day " its not going to work between us" where my job is on the line. He won't fire me because he knows I can collect unemployment so I feel he will disrespect me until I quit myself.

I have witnessed him treat certain patients bad and are also in pursue or suing him for a bad job. I just need advice.
