Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

hi my name is jackie. my question is what can i do if because of a family member i had a miscarriage? that family member pushed me against an antique cooler and started hitting me causing the miscarriage to happen. even after the miscarriage she still kept harrasing me and hasnt stopped. Due to the miscarriage i havent been able to get pregnant since then.
