Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

I was let go of my job because i slaped a girls butt that i work with when the resturant was closed and no costumers were there. But me and this girl had a pre existing relationship and she did not say anything about it to the boss until 3 weeks after it happened. Should i have been fired?

Not only should you have been fired, you are fortunate if you don't get sued for sexual harassment. The part that worries me is that you actually have to ask this question.
