Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

My landlord wrote ''and ass at will'' on my rent reciept

For three years I put up with sick remarks,such as ''my don't you look tasty today''and ''if i were only 20 years younger''Then while drunk he signed my rent reciept ''and ASS at will''I notified the fair housing and they tood me to accept a check for $500.00 to close this case,

If you have provable damages you may be able to obtain more. The acts are outside of acceptable behavior but you still have to prove your damages. Your qustion did not provide enough information to evaluate that issue.
