Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

Naked pictures posted on the internet

My ex-girlfriend has threatened to post naked pictures she has of me on the

internet. We took the pictures together. Is there anything I can do to stop her?

Run to a lawyer in your area who knows how to get injunctions and who could obtain a court turn-over order so you can either get the photos or they could be destroyed. Obviously, she's holding them hostage in turn for you doing something for her. Maybe a neutral third party -- such as a counselor -- could mediate to de-escalate the situation.
