Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

The owner's son told another employer, which is a woman, to tell the manger to suck his dick. What should be done in this type of situation

If I were you I wouldn't tell the manager to, you know. I doubt that this one incident would float a sexual harassment lawsuit, but another attorney might not agree with me. Maybe there are other incidents that you left out. Watch out for legal time limits.

I would only add to look at corporate protocol. If it says to report such incidents do it. You never know this may not be the first!!! Also if there was damage or harm a single incident can give rise to a suit... But hard to prove.
