privacy

can i file a legal case if somebody filmed me and another individual having sex without me knowing and is showing the video to people without my consent and they won't stop?

You may sue in tort with several causes of action as you had a reasonable expectation of privacy. It is a violation of privacy rights to film. You may request a Temporary Injuction at the time of filing to stop its publication. Call me directly.

It's called invasion of privacy. You can ask for an injunction as well as sue for damages.
