Yes, you are entitled to punitive damages under the FEHA the employer is liable for punitive damages if the employer:
Employed the harassing individual with knowledge of his or her unfitness for the position and in conscious disregard of the rights or safety of others; or Authorized or ratified the wrongful conduct
