Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

Do I have a sexual harassment case?I've been working for the same company for 17 years . I made a huge mistake and dated my Boss/ owner of the company even though it ended 4 years ago he has continuously told me that he was going to stop paying me what he has paid me for the full length of my employment because he can. I am a single parent of a foster child , soon to Adopt. This is his sick revenge. I have found out that this is what he does to all the women that he has hired and dated then found a way to get them to leave or paid them to go. Has had a few sexual harassment cases but settled out of court so there's no record. I'm not going to make anything close to what I'm making now. He will enjoy watching me lose everything that I have worked hard for and possibly lose my son. Please help me !
