Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

Is this Sexual Harassment?

There are currently jokes, pictures, comments of a sexual and even pornographic nature going between some of the employees. This is a small company in which no policy is written regarding sexual harassment. The inappropriate correspondence is between willing parties, but there is a supervisor that is displeased with this type of behavior.

Is there any legal information or help you can give in writing a policy re: this type of situation?

The Department of Fair Employment and Housing provides written material to educate both employers and employees on their rights and obligations pertaining to sexual harassment. They also have sample sexual harassment policies which every employer must have posted.
