Sexual Harassment by my Landlord

If I sue the manager of my mobilehome park for sexual harassment, can I be protected from eviction? His behavior is outrageous and I've recently discovered a reliable witness to one of the worst incidents, but I am afraid that if I proceed against him, I can be evicted from the park. I am on a month-to-month lease.

Not only can you sue the manager, as well as get a restraining order against him, you might be able to sue the owner of the mobile home park.
