What I should do that manager not doing nothing about Sexual Harassment? Also what I should do that I have bad dream and not going stop about this person did to me. Send us an e-mail with more facts. Important facts are: 1. what exactly happened. Number of incidents with details.; 2. Did you report this to your supervisor, 3. What did your employer/supervisor do about the harassment; 4. did it continue and happen again even after you reported the sexual harassment to your employer and 5. Do you have any witnesses or have you told co-workers and have any other co-workers subjected to sexual harassment by this individual.
