Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California
Sexual harassment
In the state of califorinia would it be considered if the supervisor(me) went to the ladies restroom and yelled through the door to another coworker that someone was here to see them? There was a employee of mine in the restroom at the same time and didnt like the fact that i yelled into the restroom through the door.

It might be a little annoying, but that's about it. If you would have done the same thing for a male employee, there's no sexual harassment involved. The better way to handle it would have been to ask the visitor to wait, and have another female employee enter the restroom to advise the "indisposed" employee in a less forceful way.
