Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California
Sexual Harassment
A young chemical dependency counselor trainee in an inpatient center is heard making a sexual remark to a female patient. The patient was asked about the stuation and confirmed it to be true. She also expressed feeling extremely uncomfortable when the the remark was made. Does this constitute sexual harassment? If so, what law applies?

Perhaps - more information is needed to determine what law would apply to the conduct and whether the conduct might violate the law.
