Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

1---i have in his own hand writing where he is acuseing me of steeling , and amoung that list of tools is( sex for rent,)

2--my bedroom has been broking into many times, i have had an officer come out due finding my bedroom door out in the front yard --roomate- demanding a key to my room incase there was a fire.

he tells all his friends that he is so in love with me, its to the point where im getting it fights because every one thinks im hurting this man, my room is always getting broken into, he makes sick jokes like puting a camera in the bathroom, and he has ask a tentant to put a camera in my room

his brother lives here to, he hates me because i won;t sleep with his brother, claims im to secretive,im not secretive, i just have my own ,life , i have been serve many 30 day notices, and today someone tried to serve me again,

i have no family here and my money is tight due to having to go on afdc last month

please do you think with what i have told you do i have a case ?
