Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

Sexual innuendos

Ive worked for a small company for the last 3 years. My boss and I share his home office in a 2 bedroom condo. He has made sexual comments towards me and about others. His office sits over a community pool and as he makes his conference calls as he reaches over his binoculars with picture taking capabilities with Zoom. He snaps the pictures and prints. I've told him I felt uncomfortable and that he can do what he wishes in his personal space but not when we share an office. He has made his private living space public because all employees have access to his place. I've asked him to allow me to work from home or make room for me in our ''real'' office a mile away. I also found a receipt that said he purchased a girls gone wild video and he thinks I was wrong for viewing it because it's personal.

I don't want to loose my job over this, how can I get the point across that it makes me feel uncomfortable?

Re: Sexual innuendos

Tell him how you feel, or file a complaint with the DFEH. If he retailiates by terminating you, then you may have a civil case for retaliatory discharge.
