Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

This summer i worked for a band selling merch. The band member who hired me, kissed me; he also asked me not to tell anyone so his girlfriend wouldn't find out. Being "friends" with them all I agreed. 3 months later he decided to tell his girl, who made him fire me.

While this is a small struggling band, do I have any rights?
