Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

verbal/offensive harrassment

my employer made an offensive statment about me infront of myself and other employees and asked if they agreed with her. is this something i should handle legaly?

It would have to have been something truly outrageous and damaging to make it worthy of taking legal action. The courts are not set up to address every comment that offends someone.
