Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California
I was the "victim" in a sexual assault on a minor case. He went to jail for a little over a year, and is now out. I do not hold a grudge, and am not mad at him, as I concented to our relationship. I would like to contact him, but I do not want to get either of us in more trouble. I have heard that there is a restraining order placed on all cases like this, but I am not 100 percent sure. I would really like to talk to him, and just want to know if I can. Thanks

Nothing good will come of this, as I think you know.
