Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

My wife was having an affair and since then she moved out to her own apartment where she lives with one of our daughters. I thought I was trying to salvage our relationship by going over helping her. All of sudden she start telling me to leave her alone and Im stalking her and harassing her. Even though im always going over w our children to hang out and Im actually married to her,

Can she actually call this harassment? (sorry its not a sexual harazzment question)

I also email her and call her at to wish her a good day, etc never something rude or threating the deal is her lover is telling her im stalking her and harassing her because I wont let them be, I did say I would tell her boss and thats where he are scared, they work together.

Can she bring a case against me. If I continue to call her on my cell or call her at work or email her at work?

Since she took her own apartment, it might make sense to just back off. While it's an open question whether she would have a case against you, there's always that possibility, and more than likely, it's not something you'd enjoy.

Also, and I'm no expert in psychology, she might just need some breathing room to think things through, rather than reacting each time you contact her.
