Will anyone take a case against an indian casino

I work at an indian casino and everyone says that I can't touch them. The general manager has said things about a family member, who also works there and I told him to stop. He has said multiple things since then but I was afraid to say anything more due to me and other family members possibly losing our job. The place I work at has a at will termination and for this reason I said no more. I am very stressed at work and can not do my job to my ability any more. When I see this person I am very uncomfortable and feel like choking him. It has affected me, my family and close friends 6to where I blow up at people. Please answer my question.

Suing an Indian casino, or any other business on an Indian reservation for that matter, is like suing a foreign country. Most state and federal laws do not apply to Indian reservations for reasons too historical to go into. You will need to find an attorney who is familiar with Indian Treaty law, and there are not too many.
