Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

i woke up naked on my couch in the living room after a drunken night. i had slept walked there. now my roomates, who saw me in the morning want to file a lawsuit against me so they dont have to pay rent. how legitimate is there argument???

I don't understand why filing a lawsuit against you should permit them not to pay rent. They are obligated to the landlord -- not you -- to fulfill the terms of the rental agreement. The landlord has no control over your nighttime activities.
