Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

I am a mechanc worker in a factory, my ex-girlfriend also work with me in the same shift, she is a selector operator. A few month ago before we split, she cheated to me with a manager and she told him about our sex life the almost three year and among those experiences I used a vibrator to stimulate her and
other thing under mutual agreement because we are in the fifties, I'm 52 she is 50. The manager is in his 30's. The problem is that he spread all my sexual life around the plant sugesting that I am homusexual. After that I been suffering all kind of hostility from co-workers and managers. What are my right or what can I do. Plaease, I need help I am under a lot stress. thank you.
ps. I am latinoi who does'nt speak much english, my ex is mexican and mthe manager is caucasian,
