Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

I work in a hotel as a supervisor. One of my employees has been sexually harassing me and a few of the other girls. I have complained to upper management about this issue and they are investigating the issue. The problem is that they have me on the schedule to work with him during a shift which we would be the only employees in the building. I feel very uncomfortable going to work and working with him. Can I get in trouble if I tell them I don't feel comfortable coming to work with him? Should I just call in sick? Or do I have to just go to work and deal with it?

I believe that because you noticed the ongoing sexual harassment to your supervisor(s), and they failed to act, you might have a valid claim for sexual harassment against your employer. You can go to my website at www.lupofflaw.com to learn more about me, and/or call 1.877.505.INJURY.
