Wrongfully Accused
A co-worker says that I exposed myself to them and I didn't do anything like that. What are my choices now ?

Re: Wrongfully Accused
you have every right to confront the situation with self or attorney assisted legal representation in this matter. you should make a formal complaint with your company's HR department regarding your claim for being wrongfully accused, and have them investigate the situation fully thru their internal grievance procedure and/or process relating to such matters. if you would like further legal assistance, feel free to email my Law Firm directly with more details.
Re: Wrongfully Accused
Thank you for your inquiry. I echo Mr. Torrey's response that you should document that this did not happen, or at least that you dispute that it did, in your file, right away.
From there, it depends on whether or not your employer takes action on this. If they find out, after investigation, that it did not happen, you are in the clear. If they accuse you of something, and then take action against you, such as a demotion, or firing, then you may have rights to contest or sue your employer.
I hope this helps, but if you have other questions, want more information, or feel that you want legal representation, please feel free to email me directly at [email protected]. I'm happy to help in any way that I can.
