Wrongly accussed of sexual harassment

if a person is wrongly accused of sexual harassment by his/her accuser who knowningly made a false allegation and the company did nothing to them and nevr aologized to the indivual. Can a lawsuit b file

Maybe. More facts are needed. Was there an investigation? Was the person disciplined? Were there any damages suffered? If the complaint was false and there were damages, you may be entitled to a recovery.
