Legal Question in Social Security Law in California
Would like to see how I can get my Birth Certificate, I was born in Los Angeles, CA and my parents nevered register me, due to being pre-mature. I attended school, worked since I was 15 years of age and I have my social security card. My concern is that I am 55 years of age now, and I will be eligible for social secruity benefits at 69. I would like to take care of this matter now.
What procedures need to be done in order to get my birth certificate?
Thank you

Surely there is a birth certificate on file, or else you would never have been able to enroll in school or get a social security card. I would inquire with the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder in Norwalk.
