Legal Question in Social Security Law in California
Dear Sirs,
I get SSI and have gotten it for decades. I am 58 years old. My disability is a mental heath issue. I want to know if I will forfeit my SSI if i get married. The man has an income in the !$75.000/annual range.
Thank you, I need this information desperately in order to make this life decision.
