Right to see Psychiatriac reports

Does a person have the right to see a a MMPI assessment report if it is keeping him from a vocational goal with the department of rehabilitation.. What are a person's rights in regard to psychological assessment test results?

You have a right to review your entire Social Security file. Have your representative contact the local office or other office where your file is located and make arrangements to review and copy the file, including any reports the Dept. of Rehab generated for the SS Administration.

If you are dealing with the Dept of Rehab on a non-SS matter, contact it directly for info on reviewing your file. If this is a non-SS matter, you may get a better answer if you post your question under another heading.
